If, for any reason, you decide that our services do not meet your needs, you can cancel within 1 4 days from the date of your initial sign-up or service activation.

During this period: If you cancel our service within 1 4 days, you will be charged for the time used.

Refunds

If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation. Refunds will not include usage-based fees (Within 1 4 Days of cancellation time) as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Exceptions

  • Services that are fully consumed or activated upon purchase (e.g., one time use credits)
  • Customized plans or enterprise-level agreements may have specific terms that override the 1 4-day cancellation policy.
